attend HelpDesk y attend CustomerService están disponibles en Castellano, Catalán e Inglés, y el idioma se selecciona por usuario, y no para cada instalación, es decir, dos usuarios de un mismo sistema pueden compartir la aplicación cada uno en un idioma distinto.

attend Help Desk ® and attend Customer Service ® are available in English, Spanish, French and Catalan. The language is selected by the user, and not for each installation. In other words, two users of the same system may share the same application, each using their own language.

Yes. Both of these solutions allow the insertion of inventory data for those elements receiving the support or service, allowing the introduction of attributes according to the nature of each element.
